On April 24, 2018 my husband and I took a little road trip to Cassleman to check out the new supper chargers there.  To my surprise I found this gorgeous snowy owl sitting on a power pole.    A very nice lady came out of her house and said I could walk through her yard to get a closer picture.  I did do my best to get closer but the snow was so frozen it made sneaking up very crunchy and loud! All and all I was very pleased with my capture.

I took a drive this morning to get some shots of the snow on this huge tree.  The snow melted within a half hour of me being there.  This makes me wonder how many shots one could miss if you never take a moment to spend time in nature, with your camera of course.
